Yo fam ! Lately I have been hearing a lot about @WolvesDAO & I decided to check it out for myself !! At first I thought it was just another Web3 gaming group, but once I looked deeper I realized it is actually very different. Here is what I found about WolvesDAO 👇 ---------------------------------------------------- What is WolvesDAO ? WolvesDAO is a strong and respected DAO in Web3 gaming, AI, & culture. & It is not just another gaming guild. It is more like a private gaming community for investors, founders, builders, & creators. The main idea is simple. Focus on quality people, real contributions, and build real value in the gaming world. Their mission & core philosophy: They are trying to make crypto gaming fun again. They want to move away from hype and give members real insights powered by AI. They believe in meritocracy where members are chosen by skill and value, not just money. They believe in quality over quantity where fewer people but stronger networks matter more. They also use AI and data to guide decisions and focus on building tools that bring lasting value. Their history & evolution: WolvesDAO started around 2021 and 2022 as a small Web3 gaming group. Over time they grew bigger and added AI into their system. A key milestone they achied In 2025 is they launched their own token called $WOOF with 8 million dollars in funding. The token was not sold to the public but given to active gamers and builders who had shown belief in the project. Later they announced Wolves 2.0 to bring the community even closer. Their product & features: The ecosystem has some very interesting products. One is WoofXBT which is an AI bot that tracks mints, playtests, wallets, Discord chats and gives smart alerts. It tracks over 2,000 mints, TGEs (Token Generation Events), and playtests, analyzes 500,000 Discord messages, monitors 3M wallets, and integrates with 300 APIs across seven blockchains. WoofXBT provides data-driven alerts to help users cut through market speculation. Another is the Woof Companion App which works as a mini app on Telegram. It tells you about your wallet, events, playtests, and news. There is also Kizuna, a Discord toolkit that uses AI for analytics. On top of these, they also host cultural events like WolvesDEN at GDC and Gamescom to connect Web2 and Web3 gamers together. Tokenomics & their funding: The $WOOF token runs on AVAX chain The project raised 8 million dollars with support from GamesLab and Aethir Cloud. There was no public presale. The token launch was focused on rewarding real believers through airdrops. The team is led by some very experienced names in Web3. @paytkaleiwahea is the co-founder and pack leader. @SamSteffanina is the co-founder and marketing host. @SlayerXgg works as chief operating officer. @sparkcsays is the operations head analyst. Along with them there are other contributors from well known Web3 projects. The DAO has about 300 core members and they are very selective about who joins. Their community & membership: Membership is not something you can buy with tokens. You need to earn your place by contributing. New members start as Cubs and move up to Wolf through their work and engagement. The community is very active on Discord and X where they talk about gaming, investing, & the future of Web3. Many people even see WolvesDAO as being on the same level as other big Web3 gaming groups like XBorg. ---------------------------------------------------- MY PERSONAL OPINION: NGL, WolvesDAO is that it is one of the rare projects in crypto gaming that really focuses on building a strong network and useful tools I like that it connects AI data and gaming in a way that makes sense. Currently the main focus for the team is in two primary avenues. 1st is the companion app. There is a long term vision for the app to be key tool for UA for builders in web3. To be able to do that we need to build a pipeline of builders and also users. Due to Wolves reputation, we have access to any gaming builders we really want. Users of the app will be our main focus. How we do that is first to make a tool that people fundamentally want to use. Our core philosophy is to either save you money or make you money in the web3 gaming space. We are building features that people want to use daily. We will be looking at features for token unlocks, news on your portfolio holdings, and other features our first cohort wants to use that would bring them back day after day. 2nd is BD, we will be getting partnerships for token holders and will be to obtain assets for people who hold woof. What we are trying to do here is ambitious and with a mix of deep analytical data with gameslab and our distribution arm of the companion app I'm confident we will offer a product that users and builders will want to use over competiton.
