When I said some years back that SOME FA Observers had a racial bias, some people were outraged that I should make such a factually accurate statement. 🤷🏾♂️
I certainly look forward to seeing the written observations of
@BMadley regarding this LATEST case.

This afternoon a Black Referee will take charge of a @premierleague between @SheffieldUnited & @LutonTown , had I not gone public in 2019 and then encouraged Joel Mannix to follow my lead nothing would have changed.

Jim when I called for the #Ghostobserver scheme back in 2019 there was a high profile former @premierleague Referee completely opposed to it.
We know most people with a racial bias won't overtly reveal it, so why on earth would someone be opposed to checks and balances?

This morning we salute @premierleague #AssistantReferee Constantine Hatzidakis of @KentFA , when he became aware of Racist Comments from an @FA Observer what did he do?
He stepped up and made sure it was brought out into the open.

Mick was the temporary @FA Appointments Officer for the South back in 2014.
He's an interesting character who in truth I found likeable, I even got him to come and do a talk at the @WMRefSociety .

昨日寝る前にGhostObserverというアプリを出来心で入れてしまったら1分おきくらいに8歳から2300歳代の幽霊さんがいると出てて、マジかよと笑ってたんですが……
色々あったし古よりの都なんで普通にいるとは思ってますがいきなり急展開すぎる…
冷蔵庫とレコーダーは勘弁してください…
