Does it creates IDs(globalIDs), lat and long for each detected pothole so it could be easily geo referenced to the road and then it could create a map for the city and it’s engineers. I would love to know how this is done I can easily add that the map part

Globalids are very useful in situations where you want to use polymorphism.
I'm using that in the Rich Text Laravel package to store references to models when you use them as attachments, for instance.
