I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the operations and customer support of
@gomoneyng.
On 13 April 2026, I experienced an unauthorized debit of ₦9,900.00 from my account (Transaction Reference: 0060913961035460913900284118) linked to an
@Apple charge which I did not authorize. I do not use any Apple device or subscribe to any Apple services.
Since discovering this transaction, I have made multiple attempts to contact GoMoney through their available support channels, but I have not received any meaningful response after more than 24 hours. This lack of timely customer support in cases involving suspected fraud is very concerning.
Additionally, I am aware that many users face difficulties accessing support when dealing with urgent issues such as unauthorized transactions or account recovery, as I see so many bad reviews on the Google playstore by many customers complaining about the lack of CS by the institution. The absence of responsive customer service raises serious concerns about customer protection and trust in their system, yet they still have a

I respectfully request that your office:
1. Investigate this matter and the customer support practices of GoMoney,
2. Ensure that adequate customer protection measures are enforced, and
3. Facilitate a resolution regarding the unauthorized debit on my account.
