帳票のOCRがGeminiだけでうまくいかないときは、GoogleVisionAPI使うといいですよ。手書きもいけます。座標で返してくれますし、チェックもしやすくなります。

ウマ娘ステータス画面OCR比較
画面上に赤字で書いてある文字がOCRで検出したテキスト（小さくて申し訳ねぇ）
パラメータや前処理次第なので一概には言えないけど、自分が使う範囲では
PaddleOCR > GoogleVisionAPI >>>>> TesseractOCR
いくつかテストパターン入力したけどPaddleOCRが最も正確でした
