Back to where it all started - FIU 🎓! Feeling grateful after speaking to the future stars of hospitality at the #gradconference2024. I was humbled to share my perspectives on hospitality leadership. It's important to highlight that, while we have the capability to innovate the all-inclusive experience and enhance the tourism industry with an exceptional product, our primary focus remains on making a genuine community impact.
