What do @greatloop cruisers do to avoid this:
using the ICW in the annual Great Northern migration need to keep from getting their hulls sliced open by @blueorigin debris
Can they sue for damages for any maintenance required if they should be unable to avoid the debris on the ICW or even out off the shore if they bypass the canal?
Can @johnkonrad opine on the maritime insurance laws for such a scenario?
We headed up and are well past it but we stayed at the Cape Canaveral Canal Marina RIGHT THERE in red in April. Not sure what we’d do if presented with that possible issue.
