I have a geissele super 42 with an h3 and it runs great both suppressed and unsuppressed. Just a couple of clicks difference between the two but I have a helios qd so someone elses higher back pressure can might be different
Looks like you're under gassed. Ejection looks like its at 4 o'clock to 4:30ish.
For "super safe" you really want to be at the 2 o'clock ejection mark for the best reliability. I'd probably start with going back to the stock A5 spring and see if that helps any.

Yep, I'm borrowing one of their Recce LMGs. Trying to get an upper to work with an FRT or HSS mostly requires that you really nail the buffer and spring combo, and it also helps if you can get it to be really overgassed.
