Considering uninstalling Uncle Jimbo’s gunpack mod from MGSV only because there are fewer customization options for the AR than the AK

One of mine (black) was purchased at the Pomona gun show back in the 80’s. It’s still going strong. I painted it awhile back. It’s from Tommy’s Gunpack. It fits my G26 perfectly.

adjusted in-game, and it also fixes mod incompatibility issues. My favorite weapons mods is Uncle Jimbo’s Gunpack, but unfortunately it only kind of works if you use an older version of IH and IHH. but they’re making a new one that will work with the upcoming Zeta update

Jimbo's gunpack for irl weapons switch, i can't believe it's not a reshade mod, kingdom of the plants, more animals africa afghanistan, beyond ultra setting. That way it'll make the game look like it was remastered even. If jimbo gunpack doesnt work, use ar15, 1911 and FAL mods

if you have the PC version of MGSV, there's already a great mod that replaces all weapons with real life, period-accurate ones called Jimbo's Gunpack. If that one doesn't work, his other mods (1911, Ar-15, Fn Fal SG550 for XOF troops during mission 30) will suffice.

OR: follow the Central Fighter Establishment's advice: stretch the forward fuselage to T.7 length (standard fin still works), then put an extra fuel tank in behind the gunpack. Take 2 guns out of the latter, but double the rounds/gun. Add AIM-9s. Job done.

The Heller AJ/SF/SH/SK isn't bad if you can find it cheap. However when they did the JA they just put the gunpack & missiles in with the same sprues, but didn't re-tool for the (admittedly subtle) fuselage stretch. Not a problem if you're not picky (about 1.4mm in 1/72nd).
