I'm a little sad for those who didn't live through the 80s & 90s, but I'm not depressed, I'm grateful. I know what I need to do to bring some of that lifestyle back to the world.
Moved to the country. Grow gardens. Learn to can & preserve food. Chop wood for the woodstove: we put up 2 woodsheds now.
Next for us: Greenhouse & laundry clothes line soon. New fence for the fruit trees we're planting, but the hascap bushes are producing. Lots of room outside to snowshoe in the winter & garden/frolic in the summer. Fall & spring are my favorite, no mosquitoes, but every season has it's gifts.
Gatherings with friends & neighbours just to visit, community events, but most of all, helping each other out over a beer or tea, whatever the occasion is.
Life is a gift. Make what you can of it & start with what you have & build the future you want.
The Bunny Garden, Himegasaki Sakurako, Dress Up Darling, and goods the Mixed Juice, hascap jam, and the Berry CC Lemon were either gifts from Corbyn, or ordered by him and I finally got to pick them up irl lmao
It's safe to say we are currently at a stage where the real purpose of defi is getting recognized and rapidly adopted.
Stablecoins are gaining traction and will soon without any doubt become a global means of payment.
Here comes a question I've got:
@arbitrum has a total mcap of $1.837b
while stablecoins on arb ecosystem hascap of $3.094b.
Does this signify/mean that most of the transactions on arbitrum is being done in stablecoins just like the Tron ecosystem Or does it simply means most people prefer holding stables on the ecosystem compared to holding $Arb?

🇨🇦Trudeau and Freeland’s Canada starting to show results?🤔
Impressive and expected results from a Journalist pretending to be a Finance Minister and a Drama Teacher pretending to be a PM?🤦🏻♂️
2,003 business insolvencies were filed from Jan. 1 to March 31 of this year.
Up 32% per cent from the previous quarter.
Up 87% from the same quarter last year.
Q1 2024 is the highest number of insolvencies in a quarter since the beginning of 2008, global financial crisis.
The vast majority of insolvencies were in Quebec (1,125) and Ontario (634).
Now just imagine how many of these businesses will never repay the billions given out to prop them up just long enough to get to the next election.🤔
The CEBA loans were 20k, 40k and then HASCAP was another 1M per location and no personal guarantees.
In the end I am guessing very little of the hundreds of billions will ever be recovered but pretty sure Liberals already knew that being the financial wizards they are?🤷♂️
