Remember @HackFwd - Europe's response to Y Combinator? I was lucky to be one of the accelerated founders back in 2011. Participating in the project built by @LarsHinrichs & @bizer helped me accelerate my network across Europe, something I take advantage of till this day. In one year I met Europe's top entrepreneurs, investors and tech journalists, relationships I keep cultivating till today. That's why I'm pumped by @ProjectEuropeX, a project started by top European VCs @adjacent, @20vcFund and @PointNineCap and supported by some of European's top enterpreneurs including our own @matiii🇵🇱 & @klarnaseb🇵🇱. If you're a founder under 25 years old building something big, I can see no reason not to apply. Let's make Europe great again!

SXSW 2011. I'm on the right, hanging out with the Polish crowd. I flew to Austin to pitch my startup @Filmaster (acquired by Samba TV in 2015) in a mobile app competition (the pitch went rather poorly). On my right is @kkowalcz, my early mentor, who became an angel investor in my company two years later and helped me raise further funding from @LarsHinrichs's HackFwd. Next to him is @JarekSyg, at that time running his first startup Smartupz. He went on to sell it, set up a new one (Zencard), sell it again, and then set up @Authologic where I became the first institutional investor in 2021 (they just raised a $8M series A). On the left is @zebrus70. Together with Jarek we crashed on a coach in his hotel room as we couldn't afford our own. Przemek became one of my first LPs in my fund @smokvc in 2022. Relationships matter. They just take time.

David was my first contact at HackFWD where I grew from a wanna be startup founder to hopefully someone more back in 2012. Super excited to have him mentor #ReaktorX startups in the upcoming 7th batch of the acceleration program, now 100% remote! Apply before it's too late!
