I mean only two of those hairtypes is actually black. And even the braids aren't real. The rests are all white/asian/hispanic hair types.

U have access to talented hairstylist who can work with all hairtypes, yet u continue to hire teams who aren’t equipped to handle that diversity. The result? Black models constantly appearing with shaved heads, bc no effort is made to properly style n celebrate their natural hair
