Last week, as Harvard celebrates another graduation season, I found myself reflecting on my own MPH journey at
@HarvardChanSPH and my
#graduation in #2024.
It is hard to believe that two years have already passed since that moment. Two years of classes, exams, projects, and countless moments of learning all came together in a way that still feels very meaningful to me.
The
#MPH was much more than another degree. It reshaped the way I think about medicine, research, and impact. It taught me to look beyond individual patients and ask broader questions: Why do some communities carry a heavier burden of disease? How do environment, social vulnerability, stress, and access to care shape cardiovascular health and prevention? And how can we use data not only to describe these problems, but also to help solve them?
Looking back, I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to learn from outstanding faculty, mentors, classmates, and colleagues at Department of Epidemiology, Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. The experience challenged me, expanded my perspective, and strengthened my commitment to doing research that connects clinical medicine, public health, and equity.
To the Class of #2026,
#congratulations. Enjoy every moment of this week. It is a special milestone, and I hope it becomes the beginning of an even more meaningful journey ahead.
Proud and grateful to always be part of the
@Harvard Chan community.
