Another post on the
@FaenoraVerse โ this time, diving into the Healer class! ๐
The Healer class evolves from the Archer class and is single-handedly the most important class in the game. Knowing how many you need on a team and positioning them well is absolutely vital if you want any hope of going far in Hunt mode. Let's break it down! ๐
Healer's class skill is called Prayer, which has a 25% chance to give the heal target a 10% boost to their stats. ๐ซ
Innate abilities to look for on a Healer: HP, DEF, and SPD. Professional is also amazing, but that's a winner on all classes! ๐ก๏ธ You want your Healer to survive as long as possible and keep healing the team โ HP, DEF, and SPD all help achieve that goal.
Healer skills are straightforward:
- Heal : Heals all allies in a row with a bigger heal than the base one. Due to this, you might be tempted to stick with a 3-3-0 formation, but it's not always the best. (More on formation strategy later!) โจ
- Holy Light: A single-target beam of light that deals decent damage. Use it only if you desperately need to kill a monster before it wipes your team! โก
How many Healers to run? 2 is usually best for survivability while still having enough DPS to kill monsters efficiently. I did defeat the Gryphon with a team of five Healers, but since the powerful hero won't be available in Hunt mode, I wouldn't suggest it โ you won't have enough damage to beat the mobs. ๐
Positioning wise: In a 2-2-2 formation, put one Healer in the middle row and one in the back to prevent monsters from putting them both to sleep. ๐
Items to focus on for Healers: Defensive gear! They're squishy, so armor helps a ton. ๐ก๏ธ If running two, equip one with speed-boosting shoes โ giving your main DPS a shot at that 10% stat boost before they attack is huge! Also, staggering their heals lets you patch up the team between monster attacks, avoiding potential deaths. โฑ๏ธ
Staffs are key for boosting heal power โ always prioritize ones with higher RES! ๐ฎ
