5 years. Of Ok. Not Ok. Ok. Not Ok. Ok. And so it goes ... 5 years. How long is a 5 Year. A PhD long. A double Masters long. A single Degree and PostGraduate Diploma long.
Get that Degree. Raise our competence. Be comfortable in our choices.

I think it depends on how far out from D-Day. I didn't feel "healed" for a good five years. I was okay. I was getting by. But something happened around five years and I felt...good. I don't regret my decision to stay. It was right for me. But we each walk our own path. Take time.
