Year 2 enjoyed taking part in a range of healthy activities this afternoon. From yoga and musical colouring to rounders, beanbag golf and dancing, we got to explore new ways of moving our bodies and quieting our minds. #HealthyMeWeek@StAnnes_EHS
What a busy day it has been! We’ve danced, raced, played football, had a game of cricket, attended a workshop AND made hummus and crudités! We will definitely need an early night! #HealthyMeWeek
For our final activity of #healthymeweek Year 3 enjoyed a taster of Taekwondo. We learnt how to bow to show respect to our partner and how to punch and kick with strength, speed and accuracy. @StAnnes_EHS@GWilliamsSACA
As part of #healthymeweek Year 3 made hummus yesterday and today we tasted it along with some carrot and cucumber sticks. Most of us liked the taste and many of us stepped out of our comfort zone to taste it for the first time. @StAnnes_EHS@DApplefordSACA@GWilliamsSACA
Y3 had a great start to #healthymeweek learning how to use laser guns and taking part in a laser run. It was great to see so many improving their accuracy and some fab sportsmanship too. @StAnnes_EHS@GWilliamsSACA
This week we have been labelling our body parts and learning about appropriate touching via the fun ‘Pantosaurus’ song! We created some fabulous posters too! #happy,healthymeweek
What an amazing #healthymeweek Reception have had so far. Practising gratitude, enjoying the outdoors and collecting resources for our nature dream catcher and learning about the importance of sleep and oral hygiene to our health.
Year 3 have read the beautiful story The boy, the mole, the fox and the horse. We thought about ways that we can be kind and caring to ourselves and other. #stbernadettespshe#healthymeweek
