Asha Kiran Inmates had intellectual & physical disabilities, yet no schemes have been framed for those with #HighSupportNeeds. The neglect is evident. Despite RPDA & MHCA, states continue to fail in upholding human rights for people w/ disabilities. This devaluation MUST end. 5/

i’ve really liked finally connecting online with autistic people who think like me, particularly ones with HSNs as i often felt completely ignored and left out of the conversation anywhere else
