I’m about 3 months in now using
@TrendSpider and I genuinely enjoy using the platform. I’ve been leaning into the features more and more and it has become part of my regular workflow. The automation, scanners, and flexibility in building ideas without overcomplicating things has been a big plus for me, as I'm not a coder or anything. It’s one of those tools where the more time you spend with it, the more value you start pulling out.
Now the part that really stood out to me. This is what I call real customer service.
Last night I got an automated text from TS about my membership. I replied to it without thinking much of it.
Today, I get a DM from the same rep who handled my original walkthrough. He checked in, asked how I was liking the platform, and actually listened to what I was using and where I was running into friction.
He offered to jump on a call, helped me tweak my settings, and walked me through features I wasn’t fully taking advantage of yet. No upsell, no script, just genuinely trying to make sure I was getting the most out of the product.
