Right now, there's only one collection that does — @THC_Labz . They support HowRare with RPC credits. In return: * No ads on their collection * Access to the data refresh API (they can request refreshes as often as they want) * Access to up-to-date owner data (via API) * Users can request manual refreshes for metadata, image, and owner info * Access to dedicated support (usually handled within 24h)

Some news about HowRare.is going into 2026 Since day one, until recently, all the development and maintenance costs for the site were covered by @SOLBigBrain . That's no longer the case, but the expenses remain—servers, RPC quota, maintenance, etc. HowRare.is was a big part of Solana NFT history and even now serves multiple important roles—there are projects that depend on it, and it's also like a museum of NFTs that no longer exist. This site was always completely free, and I plan to keep core features that way. Listings and rarity data access will stay free forever. But to keep things sustainable, I'm exploring a few options: Donations If HowRare has been useful to you or your project over the years, voluntary contributions would help keep the lights on. No pressure, no expectations. Premium listings for collections Projects could pay a yearly fee to unlock extras like: no ads on their pages, automatic data refreshes (interval-based or via API), up-to-date owner data, a public owners API, a badge showing premium status, and maybe up-to-date market data and other features. Sponsored features or partnerships Open to ideas here. If you're a project or tool that wants to collaborate in a way that benefits the ecosystem, let's talk. Nothing is finalized yet—I'm still figuring out what makes sense. If you have thoughts, feedback, or suggestions, I'd love to hear them. What would be valuable to you? I added image resizing to HowRare for faster loading. Didn't expect it to become an art preservation tool. With Shadow Drive and nftstoragelink gone, millions of Solana NFTs are lost—but collections I cached are still viewable. HowRare accidentally became a museum of lost NFT art. Wish I'd cached more.

What's New on HowRare Shipped several updates: - Wallet Connect removed – Since this feature was never completed, it's been removed for now. - View Wallet & NFT Explorer restored – Both features are back online, though uptime depends on bot activity. I need to protect free RPC credits from abuse. - Image delivery upgraded – All resized images are now served by Cloudflare for better performance. More than 6 million images! - "Copied" tooltip added - Now when you copy a wallet or NFT address, you get visual feedback. - Bug fixes – Addressed several smaller issues across the platform. Possible next steps: - Performance optimization – Several views need faster load times. - Market data integration – Considering re-enabling live pricing and availability data, as the current information is significantly outdated. - Data refresh - Several collections need data to be refreshed. - @HowRareSOL revival? – Deciding whether to bring back the account for project updates. Currently, I'm considering only those changes that will bring the old functionality back to the site. I'm not really sure if it makes sense to add new features, because NFTs are pretty much dead. Therefore, this is more like an attempt to preserve a piece of Solana history than anything else.

Done! Took longer than expected, but HowRare has been moved to new infrastructure. Starting next week, I'll split my time 75/25 between Sui and HowRare to fix and improve several things that were long overdue. Then I'm moving back to Sui full-time.
