$IFA.TO some great pills from the call:
✅ Hylton expects to blow through the $50M Revenue mark in short order and floats $80–100M in 2 or 3 years.
🔥 Another large US retailer coming in 2026. Walmart alone does ~$1B/year in scrubs at retail, but the North American scrubs TAM is >$10B.
✅ One step away from being the first EPA-registered apparel with a kill-claim (kills pathogens). Would be a strong regulatory differentiator for ProTX2 if it lands.
✅ ProTX2 TAM expansion: beyond apparel, he mentions upholstery, furniture, and separation curtains in hospitals as applicable surfaces.
✅ New vertical, bedding with an Australian partner, targeting commercialization late 2026 or in 2027.
✅ Use of raise proceeds: new offices in Asia and Europe (expansion), M&A, and licensing/developing technology.
✅ Operating leverage, overhead will never grow at the rate that sales are growing
There is a ton of optionality here... I guess
