Kaspi.kz has become the General Partner of the International Olympiad in Artificial Intelligence, IOAI 2026, which will take place in Astana from August 2 to 8, 2026.
The Olympiad will bring together more than 400 school and university students from 100 countries, as well as team mentors, international experts, and representatives of the technology industry. IOAI 2026 is organized by the Federation of Competitive Programming of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The event will be held under the patronage of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and UNESCO. Google, Huawei, and other leading technology companies are global sponsors of the Olympiad.
Hosting IOAI 2026 in Astana is an important event for Kazakhstan. Our country is becoming one of the places where the world’s most talented young people come together to compete in one of the key technologies of the future — artificial intelligence.
Kazakhstani school and university students are already demonstrating a high level of achievement on the international stage. At IOAI 2025 in China, Team Kazakhstan took 4th place among the world’s top 100 teams. In 2024, Kazakhstan also hosted the ICPC World Finals, one of the world’s most prestigious competitive programming championships.
