I/O expanders can be emulated using an MCU, like the new PIC16F15244 family, helping yield more design flexibility, features and even lower Bill of Materials (BOM). Read the blog to learn more: mchp.us/3mMAtco. #microcontroller#engineering#ioexpander#digital
Updated my #Arduino port of the @pimoroni IOExpander library to support the new RGB Potentiometer and Rotary Encoder breakouts! Includes classes and example sketches: github.com/ZodiusInfuser/IOE…
Great to see my port of the IOExpander library getting used! I should be getting a Pot. and Enc. breakout tomorrow so will update the library with more convenient wrapper classes for them
Made an #Arduino port of the @pimoroni IOExpander Breakout library! This is my first attempt at such a port, so I would welcome extra eyes to catch anything I may have missed in the process. github.com/ZodiusInfuser/IOE…@Gadgetoid
Making an attempt at porting the @pimoroni IOExpander code over to #Arduino (using my #ToZero board). Spent most of the day, but finally have blink working!
Might not look as much but getting towards a set-up so can present tactile, visual, or auditory stim with ms accuracy in sync with tACS. Great work by our MSc student Wayne! @PST_Tweets
