Joint Secretary (Overseas Employment) and Protector General of Emigrants, Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, Mr. Surinder Bhagat, launched the Safe and Legal Mobility Awareness Outreach Programme at CT Group of Institutions, Shahpur Campus, Jalandhar.
The programme was organized by the Central Bureau of Communication, Jalandhar, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, in association with the Protectorate of Emigrants, Chandigarh.
The initiative aims to raise awareness among the youth of Punjab about safe, legal, and informed overseas employment opportunities, and to discourage irregular migration and fraudulent overseas job offers.
