We do this every single year with our own children and have also signed up to do with the students I support in my #IPProvision this year.
Last June I created mud art with the Yr11s for #30dayswild ... Needless to say it desended into a hilarious mud fight! #PreciousMemories

Thank you. It is what it is ... I understand that staffing made it impossible & I would have had to shut my #IPProvision for the afternoon to accommodate really as my students would struggle with 'cover'. Still sucks though.

For too long I had colleagues gaslight me & lead me to believe I was a bad teacher ... a soft teacher ... for doing exactly this! Blessed that one recognised it was my strength & now I'm Head of an #IPProvision! We need to #RewriteTheRuleBook

Same! I honestly can't get my head around it. My self led CPD into trauma etc. has only made me a much better teacher & Head of my #IPProvision in my opinion.

@insectlore Do amazing kits where you can watch the whole metamorphosis process from 🐛 to 🦋 I do every year with my own children & will be doing this year with the KS3 students in my #IPProvision

Just bought some caterpillars from @insectlore so the students in my #IPProvision can see the wonder of #metamorphosis up close. 🐛🌱🦋 One was complaining last week about the lack of experiments done in Science lessons in main-school so ... ✅️ Solved that! #ThisIsAP #SEMH

My Provision is titled an 'Individual Pathway Provision' & I'm the 'Head of Individual Pathway Learning'. I absolutely adore this mindset! What I offer is bespoke to each child's individual needs. Trusting relationships are key - between students, home & staff.

Had a fantastic hr long discussion with an #EdPsych today via Teams. Opportunity to share ideas to support an anonymous child within my #IPProvision. Totally free too! Brain now buzzing with ideas! Phenomenal resource from Virtual School. Already booked to discuss another child!
