Hello #lawtwitter, #iptwitter. Can anyone explain why Genius v. Google doesn't invalidate all content & software licenses? The conclusion was it needs to be tried under Copyright only, ignoring the "Terms Of Service" — which could be considered a license.

#iptwitter Does one school license the others? Who owns the copyright? Is this protectable under the Lanham Act? I don’t think so.
