Yes.
My youngest just finished 3rd grade. This was the first yr they were allowed to work ahead of grade level on ImagineMath. She completed grades 3-7, and got halfway through 8th grade algebra before the yr ended. Scored 99-100th percentile on her standardized tests.
She was invited to test for a fairly new program called National Math Stars. They mentor and challenge the brightest math prospects in the country. They invite the top students to test, but very few actually took the test. My kid did. Average score was a 48, and she scored a 63.
We got an email saying while her score was exceptional, she was not a finalist, because this was more of a program for kids at a social disadvantage.
I had to explain DEI to my 9 yr old.
