Exactly yes. In EPM we can try to be agile in some ways, but in others we may not. This is why complete upfront dimensional design is so important to get right.
Will do! I don't think pure Agile is a great fit for implementations where the cost of change after a project starts can be high. I am (perhaps naively) optimistic it will be different in high-performing CS/SE teams purely writing software.
