De Federal Learning Account (FLA) zal op 1 januari 2026 worden geschrapt. De FLA werd in 2022 gecreëerd voor de opvolging van het individueel opleidingsrecht via een federaal platform en was voor veel ondernemingen een echte administratieve last, die duur en een bron van complexiteit was. 📂 Overgang naar een eenvoudiger instrument. De gegevens van de FLA zullen het hele jaar 2026 beschikbaar blijven om iedereen de mogelijkheid te geven zijn informatie te downloaden. De informatie zal op 1 januari 2027 worden verwijderd, het moment waarop de IndividualLearning Account in gebruik zal worden genomen, een gemoderniseerd, eenvoudig en gecentraliseerd systeem om alle getuigschriften en opleidingstrajecten te raadplegen.
