సి‌ఆర్డిఏ జాబ్ మేళాను సద్వినియోగం చేసుకున్న యువత ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాజధాని ప్రాంత అభివృద్ధి సంస్థ (APCRDA) ఆధ్వర్యంలో నైపుణ్యాభివృద్ధి & శిక్షణ శాఖ సౌజన్యంతో తుళ్లూరులోని సిఆర్డిఏ స్కిల్ హబ్‌ ప్రాంగణంలో గురువారం జాబ్ మేళా జరిగింది. ఈ మేళాలో సాండ్‌స్పేస్ టెక్నాలజీస్ ప్రైవేట్ లిమిటెడ్, మాస్‌కాఫ్ టెక్నాలజీస్, ECOMAC కన్‌స్ట్రక్షన్ కెమికల్ మాన్యుఫ్యాక్చరర్, SBI కార్డ్స్ – Innovsource సర్వీసెస్ ప్రైవేట్ లిమిటెడ్., LMS -టాటా ఎలక్ట్రానిక్స్, ఈనాడు, క్వెస్ కార్ప్ లిమిటెడ్ కంపెనీలు పాల్గొన్నాయి. 500కి పైగా ఉద్యోగాలను భర్తీ చేసేందుకు ఈ జాబ్ మేళా నిర్వహించడం జరిగింది. జాబ్ మేళాకు 318 మంది అభ్యర్థులు హాజరు కాగా..జాబ్ మేళాలో 104 మందికి ఉద్యోగాలు లభించాయి. మరొక 31 మంది తదుపరి రౌండ్లకు ఎంపికయ్యారు. కార్యక్రమంలో APCRDA సోషల్ డెవలప్మెంట్ విభాగ DCDO బొర్రా శ్రీనివాసరావు, సీనియర్ లైవ్‌లీహుడ్ ఆఫీసర్ శంకర్, జూనియర్ లైవ్‌లీహుడ్ స్పెషలిస్టులు క్రాంతికుమార్, వెంకటేశ్వర్లు, వరాహ నరసింహం, CRDA విలేజ్ ఫెసిలిటేటర్లు పాల్గొని జాబ్ మేళాను సమర్ధవంతంగా నిర్వహించారు. జాబ్ మేళాకు హాజరైన అభ్యర్ధుల సౌకర్యార్ధం సిబ్బందిని నియమించి రిజిస్ట్రేషన్, ఇంటర్వ్యూల నిర్వహణ ప్రక్రియను సాఫీగా నిర్వహించడం జరిగింది. ఉద్యోగాలకు ఎంపికైన పలువురు అభ్యర్థులకు ఆఫర్ లెటర్లు APCRDA అధికారులు అందజేశారు. English 👉 *Job Mela Organised at CRDA Skill Hub to Facilitate Employment for Skilled Youth; Over 100 Candidates Selected Across Sectors* The Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA), in coordination with the Department of Skills Development & Training, Government of Andhra Pradesh, and the AP State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC), successfully conducted a Job Mela at the Amaravati Skill Hub, Thullur. The initiative aimed at strengthening employment opportunities by connecting skilled candidates with leading industry partners across the Amaravati Capital Region. A total of 318 candidates participated in the recruitment drive, with prominent organisations including SandSpace Technologies Private Limited, Macsoft Technologies, ECOMAC Construction Chemical Manufacturer, SBI Cards – Innovsource Services Private Limited, LMS – Tata Electronics, Quess Corp Limited, and Eenadu taking part in the hiring process. The Job Mela recorded encouraging outcomes, with 104 candidates selected and 31 candidates shortlisted for further stages of recruitment across sectors such as IT, Digital Marketing, Construction, Banking, Electronics Manufacturing, Media, and Technical Services. Out of the 104 candidates finally selected, 20 candidates received on-the-spot offer letters during the Job Mela. The event witnessed active engagement from candidates possessing diverse educational qualifications ranging from 10th Class, ITI, Diploma, and Intermediate to Degree and B.Tech, reflecting the growing demand for skill-based employment opportunities in Amaravati and surrounding regions. On-spot selections were made for several roles, including Branch Relationship Executive, Factory Supervisor, Technical Field Staff, Electronics Manufacturing roles, Media positions, and various corporate support functions, highlighting the effectiveness of the Skill Hub as a platform for industry–academia linkage. The Job Mela was efficiently coordinated by Placement Officer Aruna Kumari, with active support from DCDO B. Srinivasa Rao, Senior Livelihood Specialist Shankar, and Junior Livelihood Specialists M. Kranthi Kumar, N. Venkateswarlu, S. Varahanarasimham of APCRDA and village facilitators. Special arrangements were made to ensure a smooth registration and interview process for all participants, facilitating an organised and candidate-friendly recruitment environment at the Amaravati Skill Hub. Through such initiatives, APCRDA continues to promote skill development, enhance employability, and support inclusive economic growth within the Amaravati Capital Region.
