From the moment I walked into DTW1, I was greeted by a team that was eager to help, ready to answer my thousand-and-one questions with patience, and genuinely excited about the work we do here.
There’s something inspiring about walking into a workplace where people own the mission. And I see now, more than ever, that Amazon’s mission to be Earth’s most CUSTOMER-CENTRIC company isn’t just a tagline.
And now I get it, why Amazon is truly the world’s most customer-obsessed company. Because behind every robot humming, every conveyor belt running, and every order moving at light speed, there’s a team of humans who care deeply about getting it right.
As a Pathways Intern, I’m here to Learn and Be Curious. I’m especially looking forward to facilitating as many Kaizens as possible.
I am truly grateful for the opportunity to become an Amazonian and contribute to something this impactful. Excited for the months ahead.
