My father, Ghanshyambhai Keshavlal Thakkar, was hospitalized and a cashless claim was submitted under Aditya Birla Health Insurance Policy No. 31-24-0296340-01. The treating doctor provided a detailed medical justification letter explaining the diagnosis, symptoms, medical necessity, and duration of illness. Despite submitting all requested documents, the cashless claim was rejected without providing: • The exact policy clause relied upon • Detailed medical review findings • The reason for disregarding the treating doctor's opinion Policyholders deserve transparency, accountability, and fair claim assessment. Generic claim denials without clear justification undermine consumer trust. एक नागरिक ने मुझसे मदद के लिए संपर्क किया है, इसलिए यह मामला सार्वजनिक रूप से साझा कर रहा हूँ। एक मरीज को 01 मार्च 2026 से 03 मार्च 2026 तक SCPM Super Speciality Hospital & Trauma Center, गोंडा (उत्तर प्रदेश) में भर्ती किया गया था। कुल अस्पताल बिल लगभग ₹26,000 हुआ और उनके पास Aditya Birla Health Insurance की 4 साल पुरानी पॉलिसी है। समस्या तब शुरू हुई जब 02 मार्च को Active Health App के माध्यम से Cashless Claim Intimation किया गया। पॉलिसी के अनुसार 1–3 घंटे में स्टेटस मिलना चाहिए था, लेकिन कई बार हेल्पलाइन पर कॉल करने के बावजूद कोई अपडेट नहीं दिया गया। बाद में कंपनी की ओर से बताया गया कि: App से किया गया Cashless Claim प्रोसेस नहीं हो सकता Cashless केवल Hospital TPA Desk से ही किया जा सकता है अब क्योंकि मरीज डिस्चार्ज हो चुका है, Cashless संभव नहीं है पहले Cashless Request cancel करके Reimbursement Claim करना होगा इसके अलावा दो और चिंताजनक बातें सामने आईं: 1: मरीज को ई-मेल मिला कि यह अस्पताल Network Hospital नहीं है, जबकि यही अस्पताल कंपनी के App और Website में Network Hospital के रूप में सूचीबद्ध है। 2: जब आधिकारिक ई-मेल care.healthinsurance@adityabirlacapital.com पर शिकायत भेजने की कोशिश की गई तो हर बार यह संदेश वापस आ रहा है कि “Recipient mailbox is full and can't accept messages now.” ऐसी स्थिति में ग्राहक के पास कंपनी से संपर्क करने या शिकायत दर्ज कराने का कोई प्रभावी माध्यम नहीं बचता। यह केवल एक व्यक्ति का मामला नहीं है, बल्कि स्वास्थ्य बीमा सेवा की पारदर्शिता और ग्राहक सहायता से जुड़ा गंभीर प्रश्न है। कृपया संबंधित विभाग इस मामले को संज्ञान में लें और उचित समाधान सुनिश्चित करें। @abhealthin @abcapital @ajeetbharti @MoHFW_INDIA @jagograhakjago #HealthInsurance #InsuranceClaim #ConsumerRights #InsuranceIssues #IRDAI #JagoGrahakJago #PolicyholderRights #InsuranceTransparency
