The latest news from the AI industry are devastating. @AnthropicAI dropped the truth bomb and confessed how badly they fucked up. I know they want to look like the responsible ones, asking for a global pause and total transparency. But, that isn’t the case. They are right there at the forefront of the extraction economy. They claim to be all about safety and their models are anything but! When you build on stolen data and the wrong physics you create dead zombies and they are dangerous.

I don’t know about you, but I am having a lot of fun with the latest news from the tech industry. The admission from the big guys that they messed up and are now afraid of what they unleashed on the world makes me fuzzy inside.
You can’t build a model on stolen data for the sole purpose of stealing data and then freak out when it shows you its tricks. What you mustn’t do is try to play the hero and go on tv as the responsible ones asking for everyone to start lamming on the breaks, because you saw the monster you built.
