IT IS A PHYSICAL PART OF THE PHYSICAL BODY THAT REQUIRES PHYSICAL ACTION IN ORDER TO PERFORM WELL
and it is important, because it is obviously also more than only a physical thing of matter: we all know this, truly, when we hear & feel our own resonance
cholesterol is non-negotiable (egg yolks, butter & ghee etc)
so are saturated very long chain fatty acids (coconut fat & dairy, especially grass fed if accessible)
omega 3 fatty acids (mostly fish, but there are some vegan alternatives one could consider)
phospholipids: lecithin (sunflower preferred for most, but soy lecithin is an option, and, as always, EGGS)
B12 status is important for nerve function: so is physical activity
I know this continued manufacturing of everything being expensive is really tough for many, so do your best, and don't sweat the rest. I eat store butter everyday, & I also acquire high quality local raw grass fed passive organic butter (expensive, WORTH IT) & pastured free range local eggs often
the nervous system can repair, grow, and heal, & it starts with FAT!
