On the 2 week ceasefire deal. Make of it what you will. Idk why Iran would let off the gas & let us, Israel & the G.C.C. re group, re arm & replenish our air defenses & have the boxer A.R.G. With 5000 marines/the George bush C.S.G. Arrive in theatre. But again will this hold? Nobody has a clue, I believe it will since it’s only 2 weeks, it’ll help the markets, give Trump a P.R. W & everything I said above. Here’s where my “conspiracy” brain can’t ignore the reality of this situation & war, something I’ve been alluding to on my spaces for months. I myself believe that all govt’s are controlled at the top (sorry, not sorry) this doesn’t help dispel me of that notion. All I’ve heard from professor Marandi, Scott Ritter, Larry Johnson, the Iranian govt, the I.R.G.C. & many others online that are pro Iran, is that “this time it’s different, Iran will never let up & Iran will never agree to a ceasefire this time around. “Fool me once, fool me twice” type of shiyt. Yet here we are again, barring a last minute Iranian statement denying this 2 week ceasefire I have to draw certain conclusions from this. Again this doesn’t help Iran in the long run & in the war, this is a good thing do not get me wrong, any ceasefire is a good thing (especially as Trump makes terroristic threats to “end their civilization”) but make no mistake that this only helps Israel, gulf countries & the U.S. regroup & rearm. Israel is very low on arrow 1 & 2 interceptors, American bases are all out of Patriot missiles for the most part & the gulf countries are basically all out as well. Also we (America) is extremely low on “jsams” aka joint stand off munitions, tomahawks, air defense for destroyers in theatre (not in total) & more. We have a tired Air Force & navy who’ve been over stretched & over worked the last 6 weeks. Iran on the other hand has an unlimited supply of missiles. Like I said I cannot help myself if I’m being honest & idk how anyone can, why tf would Iran trust Trump, Kushner, witkoff & these other Jewish “envoys” who’ve already lied to Iran 3x. I thought there was “much more hardliners in charge in Iran now”?! That’s what I’ve been told for the last few weeks, along with all those big names who speak multiple times weekly that “Iran knows what’s up & will never give in to any ceasefire deal”… well here we are, yes I guess Iran’s 10 point plan has been “agreed to” by Trump & Israel. I ask you or anyone awake to the J.Q. Would you trust them if you’re Iran? Would you let off the gas since you’re “winning”? Tbh I don’t wanna hear the cope about how Iran should do this after what I’ve heard for weeks. I believe the Iranian ppl don’t want this at all, but their leaders just did it. So again, sorry not sorry. I call balls & strikes & have my own assumptions like I said to start this, either ppl who said “Iran will never stop!! Israel will be wiped off the map!! No more fooling us!!” double down & say wtf Iran? Or I officially don’t wanna hear it again, it’s my opinion & analysis & it’s hard to ignore it now that all govt’s collude, because Iran can keep firing & we almost can’t/we & Israel & the gulf definitely cannot defend against their missiles. Lastly, it is what it is & these are my beliefs, I may be wrong & I understand ppl who will feel different. Overall this is a “good thing” because the civilians in Iran get to dodge a major U.S. war crime & that’s good, anytime a war stops for a few weeks that’s a win for humanity, but strategically? It only helps the axis of evil. With Israel, Netanyahu & more idk if this 2 weeks will hold, if I had to guess it will.

There is an odd gatekeeping move that shows up in strength sport. Not overt. Not malicious. Just implied. That if you are a male coach, you should stay quiet on menstrual cycle topics. And if you are a female coach, you automatically own the conversation. I do not buy that. This conversation belongs to whoever can actually program training, monitor load, interpret performance, and communicate with athletes like professionals. Biological sex is not the qualifying credential. Competence is. A recent JSAMS paper tracked eight elite female weightlifters over six months, using structured cycle tracking and physiologic confirmation, while monitoring back squat strength performance in training. The key was not “does the cycle matter” in isolation, but how cycle phase interacts with the type of training week the athlete is in. Here is what I am taking from it: •Do not default to systematic phase based training modifications for strength, because cycle phase alone did not show meaningful squat changes in this cohort. •Do treat menstrual cycle tracking as one input that can sharpen communication and context, especially when paired with load monitoring and performance monitoring. •During “medium weeks,” pay closer attention in late luteal, not because late luteal guarantees a drop in strength, but because that combination aligned with lower performance in this dataset. •Respect privacy and ethics when implementing monitoring, which the authors explicitly emphasize in their practical recommendations. If you care about performance, you do not outsource topics to identity. You build systems, you track what matters, and you earn trust through how you coach.
