Ten years ago, US-based ESP Inc. launched Java Joy with a simple idea: serve great coffee while creating meaningful jobs for adults with disabilities creating some joy. Their mobile coffee cart is run by ‘Joyristas,’ adults with disabilities who don’t just serve coffee, they serve smiles, connection, and even a hug with every cup. It’s coffee with a whole lot of heart. Since 2020, The Brothers Trust has contributed $123,800 to help bring Java Joy to life—funding Joyrista training, uniforms, coffee carts, and travel so even more customers can experience these unforgettable moments of joy.
