Just spent my first week working out of @monad office in NYC. Honestly, it was exactly what I needed. Building as a solo founder is a weird experience. On some days you feel unstoppable. On others you spend 12 hours just staring at the same screen slowly convincing yourself you might be completely delusional. When you’re mostly heads down, it’s easy to get stuck in your own head, no one to bounce ideas off of, no one to call out the obvious thing you missed, and no one to remind you that building is supposed to feel a little messy. Being around other builders this week helped a lot. Talking through JetFlow, getting real feedback, hearing what other people are working on, and just being in a room with people who are also trying to make something from nothing was genuinely energizing. It reminded me that you really can’t build completely in a vacuum. you need to show people what you’re working on. online, in person, wherever. Even when it feels early.
