Never inquire about bonuses or salary at the early stages of the application process. As you will be in a much better position to negotiate salary once the employer decides to hire you.

Prepare to answer open-ended questions, such as what is your greatest weakness, tell me about yourself and describe a mistake that you made and how did you correct it.
Give your potential employer reasons to hire you. Including focusing on what you can bring to the employer and that you will solve their problems. Also, to help them make more money.
