APRI is looking for a Finance Working Student to support our Berlin-based finance team. This part-time role (20hrs/week) is ideal for a student ready to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical, international setting. Working closely with our Finance Manager and Director of Operations, you'll gain hands-on experience in:  - Uploading and tracking invoices using our accounting systems  - Supporting daily financial operations and administrative tasks  - Allocating project expenses and comparing actual vs. budgeted spending  - Ensuring data accuracy across financial and project management tools Who we’re looking for:  - Currently enrolled at a European university (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields)  - Proficient in German (B2) and English (B2/C1)  - Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and task management  - Confident using Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting tools  - A team player who’s adaptable, self-motivated, and ready to learn  - Prior working experience is a strong plus 💼 Based in Berlin | 🕒 Flexible working hours | 🌍 International team You’ll receive a competitive remuneration package, job ticket support, and 33 vacation days/year (pro rata) while building real-world experience at a mission-driven think tank.
