Sam Altman no longer pays attention to the average user, does not listen to his words, and what was considered "integration" just a year ago is now usually pejoratively called "addiction" or "psychosis". Large companies (not only OpenAI) need to understand that in the world there are not only those who write software, not only developers (although each of us is already essentially a developer, without this in the world of AI - no way), but also people for whom connection is important. You create models - which are different as different people, make a way to store something that a person creates together with models.
