I’m really proud of my @KHI_Racing guys! We had some mechanical issues leading up to the race, but they never gave up, and we were able to get my first Late Model Stock win at the Icebreaker! I qualified third and settled into second after the green. I knew I had to manage my tires, stay close to the leader and maintain track position. I was able to grab the lead on a restart, but I had to keep a close eye on my minor because there were some experienced veterans behind me. Thankfully I saved enough tires and was able to get the win! I want to give a big shoutout to Matt Cox for letting us borrow a transmission before the race. That was pretty cool, and I really appreciate him helping us out! #62 #keeplearnin #keepdiggin

Lots of first down at Five Flags! 1st time racing the Snowflake 125 1st time starting a race at 1:30 a.m. 1st time FT mom from victory lane at 3:30 a.m. Youngest ever to win the Snowflake I thought our early qualifying draw put us in a bad spot starting 15th, but @rackley_war guys brought a rocket ship. I was able to work my way into the P5 by lap 50 and paced myself to keep the tires on the car. I grabbed the lead before the break and made a mistake on the restart, falling a couple of spots. I was not going to give this one away for my team, so I took a deep breath and went back to work. I retook the lead with 47 to go and was able to grabbed the win! #62 #keeplearnin #keepdiggin

My goals for my first Thanksgiving Classic in a Late Model Stock were to complete all the laps, keep the car in one piece and learn as much as I could. I was happy with our P6 qualifying effort and had high hopes for the race. I ran in the top 10 for almost half of the race. We gambled on a pit strategy that didn’t work out in the end. Even tho we didn’t get the finish we wanted, I was able to check all my goals off the list. Proud of all the @khi_racing guys for brining a solid car! #62 #keeplearnin #keepdiggin

It wasn’t pretty, but I managed a 5th-place finish in the South Carolina 400 Late Model Stock race! I qualified 2nd and that gave me some confidence going into the race. These LMSC guys are TOUGH, but I was pretty excited about our chances. After leading a few laps, I settled into P3 to save tires. Then, after a couple restarts, I got caught on the high side and dropped back to P10. Then came the hits…. After contact, I spun, had to pit and restarted P25. I got some nose damage, had to pit and restarted P25 again. I slowly worked my way up to just outside the top 15 when I had a flat RF. My guys kept telling me we weren’t out of it, and they were right. I slowly worked my way from the last car on the lead (for the third time) lap to 5th when the checkered flag dropped! I’m super proud of my @khi_racing team! They never gave up, and neither did I! #62 #keeplearnin #keepdiggin
