One of the cool things about these growth assessments is being able to see some of results directly in the lab. This week's labwork shows some beautifully different phenotypes of Chaetomiaceae grown at 40°C!

Yesterday's #KickAssScience: seeing that one of @_Westerdijk_ thermophilic species indeed grows very well on 40*C, while not showing any growth at 20*C! It just confirms something already known but still awesome to see! Photos to follow!
