A xícara de café consumida globalmente esconde uma engrenagem brutal de exploração no Brasil. Um estudo devastador conduzido pela KnowTheChain e pela Adere-MG revelou que 100% das fazendas de café analisadas em Minas Gerais (o maior produtor do país) apresentavam indicadores de trabalho forçado, segundo os critérios da Organização Internacional do Trabalho (OIT). ​Não se trata de casos isolados, mas de um modelo de negócio estrutural e criminoso. ​⛓️ A Anatomia da Exploração ​Os relatos dos trabalhadores resgatados expõem uma realidade de servidão moderna. Com 67% da força de trabalho na informalidade, os abusos formam um padrão: ​Servidão por Dívida: Trabalhadores são obrigados a pagar pelos próprios equipamentos de colheita, gasolina, colchões e até panelas, criando uma dívida impagável com o patrão. ​Alojamentos Degradantes: Pessoas dormindo no chão em condições desumanas e isoladas. ​Perfil das Vítimas: A exploração tem cor e CEP. A esmagadora maioria são trabalhadores negros e migrantes vulneráveis do Norte, Nordeste e Vale do Jequitinhonha, refletindo a herança histórica não reparada da escravidão no Brasil. ​🏢 A Cegueira Corporativa Internacional ​A pesquisa aponta o dedo diretamente para o topo da cadeia: os mercados consumidores internacionais. A assimetria de poder é gigantesca. Grandes corporações globais (como Nestlé e Starbucks) e até selos de "certificação verde" fecham os olhos para a base da cadeia. ​Para comprimir custos e maximizar taxas de lucro no Norte Global, o risco e a precarização são empurrados para o elo mais fraco: o trabalhador rural terceirizado. ​🌡️ O Agravante Climático ​A crise climática está a tornar esta dinâmica ainda mais cruel. Com o clima instável alterando o calendário das safras, as "janelas de colheita" ficam mais curtas. ​Isso gera uma pressão desesperada por produtividade rápida, aumentando a vulnerabilidade dos migrantes e submetendo-os a jornadas exaustivas e desumanas. The addresses you listed are from MakerDAO events on Ethereum — Minting cDAI, releasing MKR, casting governance spells… None of that exists on PulseChain. イタリア・ミラノ、高級ファッションブランド『Dior』に立ち入り捜査、中国人下請け会社の工場でカバンとアクセサリーの一部を委託していた闇労働発覚。検察庁の要請に応じてミラノ裁判所の予防措置部門が発令。4つの工場が検査され、32人の労働者はすべて非正規雇用であることが判明した。 うち7人は不法雇用であり、またその内の2人は国内で秘密裏に不健康な労働環境などの搾取条件下で雇用されていた。 労働時間無視、違法かつ職場の安全性に関する重大な違反が見つかった。職場の健康と安全に関連するだけでなく、労働賃金、労働時間、休憩時間、休日に関する当該部門の国家労働協約を全く尊重していなかった。 重大な安全違反と不法労働の使用により、13万8,000ユーロ(約2330万円)の罰金と6万8,500ユーロ(約1150万円)の行政制裁が課され、ディオールの下請け会社4社は活動停止を命じられた。 milanotoday.it/cronaca/seque…
