WWE Needs To Stop This Weird AF Habit!
Even in 2026, WWE has continued the tradition of ignoring the competition and it's weird af!!

Wrestling is perhaps the only domain where competition is talked about in passing references, as 'the other company', or 'piss ant company' and what not. These chidlish games have become too common and WWE needs to stop.
During a recent episode of Six Feet Under, Rey Mysterio, the guest, mention AAA's rival company CMLL, who are associated with AEW.
'Taker immediately took note of it and asked who it was and whether it was 'LLCM'. He then said he would have to look it up.
It's weird that even when some of the biggest corporations in the world openly make mention of each other and are engaged in healthy competition, WWE tries to make it seem like AEW or any of their competitors don't even exist.
It's a pattern that has been carried along since the time of Vince McMahon and it doesn't seem like it will stop anytime soon.

Rey Mysterio shared that one of the things he always wanted to do was wrestle in Arena México for CMLL, saying, “I did something that I really wanted to do is wrestle in Arena México with CMLL at the time.”
That led to a hilarious exchange with The Undertaker, who jokingly acted like he had never heard of the legendary promotion, asking, “Who’s that? I don’t know if I’ve ever heard of that. LMSCA?” Rey corrected him with “LLCM,” before Undertaker doubled down with, “LLCM. I’ll look it up. You guys heard of that? Anybody?”
Rey then played along with the joke, responding, “No one? I don’t think it’s around anymore, or it might be. I don’t know.”
Mysterio also explained that the CMLL run happened after WWE told him to let his contract expire before renegotiating, recalling J.R. saying, “Let your contract run out, and then come April of 2002, we’ll sit down and negotiate a good deal for you.”
