I do agree with you on the potential of Vertical Saas. This was exactly why we decided to focus on just diagnostics when we started building for the healthcare ecosystem. Itโ€™s easy to want to be โ€œthe superโ€ healthcare app, trying to cover pharmaceutical, consulting, diagnostics etc. But I believe our healthcare system strength doesnโ€™t come from one person doing everything. It comes from teams focusing on one part of the pie, owning it and building the best interoperable system. Our strength comes from โ€œintegrationโ€. And thatโ€™s exactly what we are doing with @labtracka. We recently pivoted to be more patient facing, but at the core is a system that will fast become the โ€œdigital infrastructure for diagnosticsโ€. We own that, and will continue to improve our solutions. From faster access to diagnostics and one click embedded diagnostics in telehealth platforms to impactful disease surveillance and becoming the platform diagnostics center depend on to run a modern diagnostic business. Nigeriaโ€™s diagnostic sovereignty is paramount, and it starts with owning our systems. This also opens up opportunities for healthtech builders to move fast and focus more on the customer not the challenges that come with dealing with healthcare providers. Iโ€™d love to discuss more about what weโ€™re doing at @easelabafrica and @labtracka Thank you for your thread @euniceajim .

The team behind LabTracka is now a recognized Nigerian Startup ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ฌ Knowing what your body is saying shouldnโ€™t be an Herculean process and we're fixing that, one booking at a time. #StartupNigeria #LabTracka #HealthTech #MadeInNigeria @TechCabal @TechpointAfrica
EaseLab Africa is now an officially recognized Nigerian Startup ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ฌ We build the diagnostic health infrastructure Nigerians actually need. Glad the ecosystem sees it too. Thank you @ONDINigeria, @NITDANigeria. #StartupNigeria #EaselabAfrica #health @TechCabal @TechpointAfrica

This is a rich idea list @gregisenberg. @easelabafrica is building @labtracka to fill in no 24. At home diagnostics in emerging markets remain a big problem in the world of โ€œtelemedicineโ€. PS: 4 & 16 are same items.

I spoke with a doctor last week about @labtracka and got to find out how they use AI in real life. Most doctors now โ€œconsultโ€ AI to catch certain edges cases they might have missed and use that AI diagnosis what they know to decide next steps. IMO, AI can always do its thing and generate information that a doctor can actually reason with and make a final decision.

We thought about doing this at LabTracka, specifically for labs that have poor or zero online representation. Looks really goodโ€ฆwell written thread.

Iโ€™m doing this for my agency, but I can do it for yours too. โ€‹If youโ€™re a CEO tired of 0% response rates, I can build this custom AI agent for your team. โ€‹Scale your outreach without burning your domain. DM me "AGENT" to build. ๐Ÿ“ฉ

.@TobiOdukoyaFilm I understand how deeply pained you are. What you have experienced is just one of the multiple things that plague diagnostics in Nigeria. But guess what? We are bridging that gap. We are not just giving you a platform to access diagnostics nationwide, but also the infrastructure that lets forward thinking and digitally secured hospitals and telehealth partners to get you the treatment you deserve and the experience of a first class citizen. You can check out the work we are doing at easelabafrica.com Follow our audacious journey at @labtracka and @easelabafrica . The future of diagnostics is here.

If this resonates with you, follow our journey @labtracka and @easelabafrica. We are building the future of diagnostics in Africa, a unified digital infrastructure to help you get access to affordable, reliable and timely diagnostics. For labs, government, NGOs, telehealth platforms and other companies, you all are valuable stakeholders in this. Our diagnostic sector shouldnโ€™t be left behind and that makes research and innovations like this non-negotiable.

This is timely intervention in a period where most researchers in Nigeria prefer to do research for foreign nations instead. While at the National Conference of GMLD in Kano last year, the matter of encouraging R&D in Nigeria, especially in the area of in-vitro diagnostics was discussed. It was a pleasure to be part of that conversation as it gave the team at @easelabfrica much needed insight into research capacity in Diagnostics and gives us a clear path in contributing our quota in strengthening Nigeria's Diagnostic Sovereignty. We're looking forward to contributing in other capacity through upcoming programs by @easelabafrica and @labtracka.

On one side yes, but when youโ€™ve been in the field youโ€™ll understand software alone isnโ€™t the problem. Adoption is tough. Near zero patient or forgiving capital to grow their business. Broken promises by past software sevices Closed systems. Everybody is only thinking for themselves. No unity. And the list goes on. You may build the โ€œperfectโ€ diagnostic system as weโ€™re building at @easelabafrica but without the industry leaders actively participating, supporting and promoting improved way of doing things, one would have to make 10x the effort to get through. Not to talk about the magnitude of resources founders and builders have to pull up with just to be met with uncertainty. Gone are the days when youโ€™ll have a brilliant idea with a team dedicated to bringing it to life and you get all the financial support you need. Now you have to prove yourself beyond doubtโ€ฆagain and again. The future of diagnostics is here, that future is @labtracka. Weโ€™re not only building for Nigerians and Africans, we are building for the thousands of diagnostics centres left behind on innovation. We want an ecosystem that supports and promotes collective growth, sustainability and innovation in diagnostics. Look at the majority of the labs, who own and run them? Thereโ€™s a lot of say and do. And we choose to do.
