لیبر کوڈز خواتین کی افرادی قوت میں شمولیت بڑھانے میں مؤثر ثابت ہو سکتے ہیں: رپورٹ ایک تازہ رپورٹ کے مطابق بھارت میں نافذ کیے گئے چار نئے لیبر کوڈز خواتین کی افرادی قوت میں شمولیت کو نمایاں طور پر بڑھانے کی صلاحیت رکھتے ہیں۔ رپورٹ میں کہا گیا ہے کہ یہ قوانین کام کے اوقات میں لچک، محفوظ ورکنگ کنڈیشنز اور سماجی تحفظ کو مضبوط بنا کر خواتین کے لیے ملازمت کے مواقع میں اضافہ کر سکتے ہیں۔ رپورٹ کے مطابق کوڈ آن ویجز، انڈسٹریل ریلیشنز کوڈ، سوشل سکیورٹی کوڈ اور آکیوپیشنل سیفٹی، ہیلتھ اینڈ ورکنگ کنڈیشنز کوڈ خواتین کو باضابطہ معیشت میں شامل کرنے میں اہم کردار ادا کر سکتے ہیں، خاص طور پر مینوفیکچرنگ، سروسز اور نئے ابھرتے ہوئے شعبوں میں۔ اس میں کہا گیا ہے کہ نائٹ شفٹس کی اجازت، مناسب حفاظتی انتظامات، میٹرنٹی فوائد، کریچ سہولیات اور سوشل سکیورٹی تک بہتر رسائی جیسے اقدامات خواتین کے لیے کام کی جگہ کو زیادہ سازگار بنا سکتے ہیں۔ رپورٹ کے مطابق یہ اصلاحات غیر رسمی شعبے میں کام کرنے والی خواتین کو بھی تحفظ فراہم کرنے میں مددگار ثابت ہوں گی۔ رپورٹ نے نشاندہی کی ہے کہ بھارت میں خواتین کی لیبر فورس میں شمولیت کی شرح عالمی اوسط کے مقابلے میں کم ہے، اور لیبر کوڈز کا مؤثر نفاذ اس فرق کو کم کرنے میں مدد دے سکتا ہے۔ تاہم، اس کے ساتھ ریاستی سطح پر قوانین کے نفاذ، آجرین کی شمولیت اور سماجی رویوں میں تبدیلی کو بھی ضروری قرار دیا گیا ہے۔ #India #LaborCode

Currently, employing women for night shifts is restricted, but this restriction has been removed in the new Code. However, pretending to be innocent, a provision has been added that the woman’s consent is required. 📜 Now, everyone knows there are a thousand ways to compel a poor person. Even if something bad happens to a woman, no case can be filed against the employer because obtaining her 'consent' to work at night is not a difficult task. 🚨 ​And the innocent man, who is awake with worry about these infiltrators, does not even know that this Code has snatched away his right to strike 🚫.
