- Fewer registered #LearningDisabilityNurses.
- Less opportunities to study and train to become an #RNLD.

Absolutely agree Paula hence me arguing that very point! The need for more LearningDisabilityNurses is greater now than ever. Sadly there arenβt enough RNLDs to fill the vacancies, hence organisations employing people who have completed Oliverβs training but dont have experience
