If You’re Not Measuring Your Learning, You’re Guessing
Many students want better grades, sharp focus, and excellent results. But they rarely pause to check what is actually working.
📍 One simple habit can change that: A Weekly Academic Check-In.
Set aside 20 minutes at the end of each week and ask yourself:
1️⃣ What did I truly learn this week?
2️⃣ Where did most of my study time go?
3️⃣ What distracted me or slowed me down?
4️⃣ What should I improve next week?
Write down your answers.
Over time, patterns begin to appear. You start to see what helps you learn faster and what quietly wastes your time.
💡 Progress in school is not only about studying harder. It’s also about paying attention to how you study.
When you start measuring your learning, improvement becomes much easier to see.
