The transaction spans floors 7, 8, and 9 of the project, which is a new construction by Vaishnavi Group in 2025.  The lease has been signed for a long-term tenure of 10 years, with a three-year lock-in.  The monthly rent is fixed at ₹93 per sq. ft., with 15% escalation every three years. The agreement also includes a security deposit equivalent to five months’ rent, along with 149 car parking spaces allocated as part of the transaction.
