Mindwalk $HYFT Q4 어닝콜을 주목해야 하는 이유. ReefIQ 보도자료를 살펴보다 눈에 띄는 구절을 발견했다. LensAI is already in contracted, recurring arrangements with life-sciences "customers" today. 계약 고객의 수가 한군데 이상이라는 소리다. 잠시 Q3 어닝콜로 돌아가보자 Recently, our largest enterprise AI client signed a one-year LensAI platform contract, the "first" of its kind for us.

$HYFT $HYFT MindWalk has been busy as hell lately. BioMind. ReefIQ. LensAI. New lab hires. Now a new business development hire. Conference appearances. At some point you start asking yourself… Are they building all this because they’re expecting more opportunities ahead? I don’t know. But companies usually don’t add people to find business if they don’t think there’s business to find.

$HYFT Maybe I’m way off here, but it feels like MindWalk keeps taking pieces of the same technology and turning them into separate products. At first it felt like: HYFT. LensAI. That’s it. Now we’ve got BioMind. Now we’ve got ReefIQ. The way I’m reading it, not every customer wants the whole kitchen sink. Some may want the AI. Some may want the biological knowledge network. Some may want the data layer. Some may want everything. Instead of one giant product, it feels like they’re creating multiple ways for customers to get in the door. One technology. Multiple products. Multiple shots at revenue. Just connecting dots.

$HYFT I think today’s ReefIQ announcement went over a lot of people’s heads. The way I understand it, MindWalk isn’t just trying to build another AI model. They’re trying to build a system that remembers everything. Every success. Every failure. Every experiment. Every research paper. Every biological connection. Most research gets buried in folders, databases, and old reports. ReefIQ is designed to connect all of that information together so future discoveries can learn from past discoveries. The simple way I look at it: HYFT finds biological patterns. ReefIQ organizes and connects the knowledge. LensAI uses that knowledge to search for answers. The more information that gets added, the more valuable the system becomes. To me, this sounds less like a single drug company and more like a company trying to build a biological operating system for drug discovery. Now the science has to back it up. That’s why I continue to view dengue neutralization as such an important milestone. The technology story is getting stronger. The biology now has an opportunity to prove it.

$HYFT ReefIQ turns fragmented biological data into governed, queryable context for AI-enabled drug discovery and biologics development. VICTORIA, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- MindWalk Holdings Corp. (“MindWalk”) (NASDAQ: HYFT), a bio-native AI company, today launched ReefIQ™, a HYFT-powered biological context layer for AI drug discovery and biologics development, that sits between client discovery data and AI reasoning workflows. Biology is connected, but drug-discovery data is often fragmented across files, formats, systems, teams, and workflows. ReefIQ reconnects those representations before AI workflows act on them, linking fragmented data into MindWalk's biological representation foundation. Sequences, structures, assay outputs, omics, literature, evidence, provenance, and program history are transformed into a governed, queryable connected biological context for AI-enabled discovery. "In life-sciences AI, the durable advantage is not the model a team licenses but the biological context it can reason over. Biology is connected by evolutionary constraint; discovery data arrives fragmented across files and systems, and that gap is where insight is lost. ReefIQ is designed to close it, preserving what every program learns, including the programs that fail, as governed context rather than isolated files. In a regulated setting, that is what makes reasoning trustworthy, and trustworthy is what compounds into the clinic," said Dr. Jennifer Bath, PhD, CEO and President of MindWalk Holdings Corp. LensAI and customer-selected agent models can then retrieve, analyze, and generate hypotheses from connected biological context rather than isolated files. HYFT® is MindWalk’s core biological pattern technology. It provides the underlying biological representation foundation with explicit relationships across sequence, structure, function, mechanism, pathway, evidence, and literature. ReefIQ™ is the client biological context layer built on HYFT. It harmonizes client discovery data, links it to MindWalk’s biological representation foundation, preserves provenance and program history, and exposes governed, queryable context to LensAI and customer-selected agent models. LensAI™ is the reasoning and application layer. It uses ReefIQ’s connected biological context to support retrieval, analysis, target discovery, candidate diligence, hypothesis generation, and portfolio decision support. HYFT powers the biological representation. ReefIQ organizes and governs the context. LensAI applies reasoning workflows. Why this layer matters Drug-discovery organizations generate valuable context in every program: positive results, negative results, assay conditions, design decisions, mechanism hypotheses, literature links, and reasons candidates did not advance. ReefIQ preserves that context as governed, queryable knowledge. As data are added, the network is enriched and its relationships and annotations are refined. Future programs benefit from the ever-compounding evidence and insights. Inspired by cumulative biological systems A reef grows by connecting what came before into a living structure. ReefIQ uses that metaphor for scientific knowledge: each dataset, result, program, and piece of evidence can become part of a governed context layer for future discovery. “ReefIQ operationalizes the HYFT information network for drug discovery,” said Dirk Van Hyfte, MD, PhD, Chief Technology Officer of MindWalk. “HYFT provides the biological representation foundation, representing the complex relationships in biology; ReefIQ links customer data to that foundation and exposes governed context to LensAI and customer-selected agent models operating within agreed governance. The goal is to support retrieval, analysis, and hypothesis generation over connected biological context while preserving provenance, deployment flexibility, and customer-defined controls.” What comes next ReefIQ™ is designed to become the foundation for MindWalk's future life-sciences engagements: a HYFT-powered biological context layer beneath LensAI™ and client-selected model or agent workflows. The architecture supports flexible integration across data governance, model access, and compute deployment. LensAI is already in contracted, recurring arrangements with life-sciences customers today. Interested parties may request a private briefing through Investor Relations. $HYFT MindWalk Holdings launched ReefIQ — a biological context layer for AI drug discovery. Drug discovery data is fragmented across files, teams, and failed programs. ReefIQ connects it into a governed, queryable knowledge graph before AI reasoning workflows act on it. Every program — including failures — compounds into future discovery. Stack: HYFT (660M biological patterns, 25B relationships) → ReefIQ (governs client data) → LensAI (reasoning and hypothesis generation). LensAI already has contracted, recurring revenue with pharma customers. Not financial advice.

$HYFT One thing I keep thinking about is the difference management can make. Before Moderna had an approved product, Stéphane Bancel convinced investors, institutions, and pharmaceutical companies that the platform was worth billions of dollars. By the time COVID arrived, Moderna was already valued at roughly $7 billion. Investors weren't buying revenue. They were buying a vision, a platform, and confidence in management's ability to execute. Now look at MindWalk. The debate isn't whether the technology has potential. The debate is why a company with HYFT, LensAI, multiple partners, and two programs moving through neutralization is sitting at roughly an $80 million valuation. That's why I've always believed management matters. Great technology can create value. Great management can help the market recognize it.

$HYFT My criticism of Jennifer Bath’s leadership isn’t going away. I’ve been consistent about that, and I still believe management deserves scrutiny from shareholders. That said, something has changed for me since the recent data release. The story is becoming less about management and more about LensAI, HYFT, and the technology itself. MindWalk delivered the data. The platform made a prediction, the science was tested, and the results supported the prediction at the binding level. There’s still a lot of work ahead, but for the first time we’re seeing evidence that the technology may be capable of doing what it was designed to do. As an investor, that’s where my attention is shifting. Management will always matter because execution matters. But if dengue and influenza continue to validate, the conversation increasingly becomes about the capabilities of the discovery engine itself. At some point, the technology becomes the star of the show. Shareholders will still have a voice through future votes and annual meetings. My views on leadership haven’t changed. But if the technology continues to prove itself, I suspect the market, strategic partners, pharmaceutical executives, and potential acquirers will ultimately have a major influence on determining where Jennifer Bath fits in the company’s long-term future. We’re not there yet, but we’re closer today than we were a week ago.

$HYFT In my opinion, MindWalk has entered a new phase: man vs. machine. The machine is HYFT, LensAI, and the Biointelligence Platform. It's the reason many investors are here. The recent dengue data suggest the technology may finally be demonstrating its ability to translate computational predictions into real biological outcomes. The question is no longer whether the technology deserves attention. The question is whether management can keep up with it. Right now, I see a company whose greatest asset may be its technology, while its greatest challenge may be execution. If the platform continues to validate, the gap between what the technology is capable of and what management delivers could become increasingly apparent. The machine is becoming the star of the story. Now management must prove it can accelerate the opportunity—not become the bottleneck holding it back.

$HYFT One of my concerns as a shareholder is that management often appears to be reacting to the world's biggest headlines rather than getting ahead of them. Today it's dengue, influenza, Ebola, and Hantavirus. Those are important programs, but they also happen to align with the health threats currently receiving the most attention. Truly visionary leadership doesn't just follow the conversation—it helps create it. What makes this frustrating is that MindWalk may have had something special sitting inside the company for years. ImmunoPrecise eventually evolved into MindWalk as the focus shifted toward HYFT, LensAI, and the Biointelligence Platform. Looking back, it's fair to ask why the company wasn't leading with this technology much earlier. If the recent dengue data are the beginning of true platform validation, then shareholders may eventually wonder whether this technology could have been front and center years ago rather than remaining in the background. My concern isn't the science. In fact, the science may finally be validating the vision many investors saw in the platform. My concern is whether management has consistently recognized the value of what they had and whether they have the ability to stay ahead of the curve rather than reacting to it. If HYFT continues to validate, the opportunity could be enormous. The question is whether the company has the leadership necessary to fully capitalize on it.

$HYFT This isn't just about whether a single dengue study succeeds. The bigger story is whether HYFT/LensAI can consistently identify biologically meaningful targets that traditional approaches have struggled to find. Dengue has challenged researchers for decades because of its four serotypes and the complexity of generating broad protection without introducing additional risk. MindWalk's platform wasn't designed to solve only dengue—it was designed to identify functional biological patterns that may not be obvious through conventional methods. That's why today's data matter. The platform made a prediction, scientists built an immunogen around that prediction, and the resulting antibodies recognized all four dengue serotypes. More validation is needed, but this is the first public evidence that the prediction-to-biology loop may be working. If future studies demonstrate successful neutralization and a favorable ADE profile, the real breakthrough may not be a dengue vaccine. It may be proof that AI can help solve biological problems that have challenged the industry for decades. That's the opportunity I see as an investor.

$HYFT They can white label any spin offs they want to stay relevant. The fact is, its still LensAI. Where is our data update? Is it behind the same door as the SPC's? Jennifer Bath must go at the next vote!

𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽. 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺. Today, MindWalk announced the launch of its Pandemic Response Platform, a deployment configuration of the Company's proprietary HYFT® biological pattern system and LensAI™ platform purpose-built for outbreak preparedness, rapid countermeasure design, and pan-strain antigen and antibody generation against RNA viruses. The problem: RNA viruses have resisted broadly protective countermeasures not because the science is young, but because the discovery approach has a structural flaw. Across RNA virus countermeasure programs, three dynamics have consistently resisted conventional solutions: •The target keeps moving. •General-purpose AI inherits the flaw rather than solving it. •The cost of being wrong resets with every outbreak. The Pandemic Response Platform operates on the virus's instruction set: the biological patterns RNA viruses must maintain across all viable variants to attach to cells, replicate, and assemble.
