Update: Sam the Horn guy (via his IG) said Cap One Arena Mgmt said it was a misunderstanding/miscommunication and he will be indeed be allowed to bring his horn to #ALLCAPS games & toot the horn #LETSGOCAPS. I am thinking public outrage got to the Caps & the arena! 🙏
sam the horn guy has been at it for 25 years and now cap one arena told him he can’t have his horn anymore so i’m probably gonna cause a ruckus.
